Michael Van Gundy - Chair is the Director of Family Life Ministry for the Diocese of Jefferson City. He also works part-time as a chemical dependency therapist.
Michael is President of the Board for the Jefferson City Council for Drug Free Youth, is the out- going chairperson of the Communications Commission for the National Association of Catholic Family Life Ministers, and is a trained facilitator for the VIRTUS, Protecting God's Children Program.
Michael has an M.S. in Psychology with specialization in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and an M.A. in Adult Community Development with specialization in Family Ministry from Regis University.
Michael has been married to Peggy for 33 years and is a parishioner at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City. |

Michael Haltermann - Vice Chair is the Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Charities of Kansas City in the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph.
Michael has extensive experience in the health care industry. Prior to Catholic Charities, he was Vice President and Administrator of Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis where he provided leadership for a 475-bed hospital. He has a MA in Health Management from Webster University and an MA in Counseling and Guidance from Truman State University.
Michael is married and a member of Holy Family Church in Kansas City. |

Frank Daub from the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is currently the Internal Communications Manager at Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company.
Frank has an MA in both Mass Communication and Business from Webster University. He received the John G. Napoli Award for Excellence in Teaching from St. Louis University. Frank was previously an upper and middle school teacher at Gateway Academy and Director of Corporate Communications at SSM Health Care System.
He is married and a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Florissant. |

Cynthia Haehnel, is an attorney in private practice in both Missouri and Illinois. She is a former prosecutor and staff attorney for the Children's Division of the Dept. of Social Services.
Cynthia obtained her J.D. from John Marshall Law School and her B.S. from Western Illinois University. She is presently serving her second term on the PPC. She has served as Co-Chair of the St. Louis Archdiocesan Pro-Life Committee.
She is married to Fred, also an attorney and who is in the Deacon Formation Class of 2009. They are members of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in St. Charles. |

David J. Hercules is from the Archdiocese of St. Louis and currently owns a home improvement and restoration business. Previously he served as regional vice president for Primerica Financial Services.
David received his Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University in 1992 and was the recipient of the Paxton Award for Outstanding Design. He is married, has six children and is a member of Our Holy Redeemer parish in Webster Groves, Missouri. |

Msgr. Raphael P. Keyes is the pastor of St. Anthony Parish in Camdenton in the Diocese of Jefferson City.
Fr. Keyes served as a prish priest in Peru for 35 years. He was Dean/Vicar of a Pastoral Zone in the Diocese of Ica under three different Peruvian bishops and served as a member of Diocesan Consultors of Ica. Fr. Keyes also served on the Mining and Human Rights Pastoral committees. During his time in Peru he also served as coordinator of the Jefferson City Mission Group and was Bishop McAuliffe’s representative to the civic and religious authorities. He also founded the Peru Solidarity Forum with the support of the Diocese of Jefferson City. |

Russ Kremer, from the Diocese of Jefferson City, is currently president of the Missouri Farmers Union. He is a family farmer whose farming operation consists of naturally grown hogs, cattle, hay and vegetables.
Russ is a member of the board of directors of the National Farmers Union, a board member of Cooperation Works and serves on the board of directors of the National Campaign of Sustainable Agriculture. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Russ is also chairman of the MFU Cooperative Development, an advisory board member of the University of Missouri Sustainable Farm and Food Systems Program and a board member of the Missouri River Community Network.
He is a member of Our Lady of Help parish in Frankenstein, Missouri. |

James Landewe is a retired secondary education school teacher living in Springfield, Missouri.
During his thirty-five year teaching career, James has taught at schools in St. Louis, Ghana in West Africa, Tanzania in East Africa and Springfield, MO. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana he taught in a school run by the Society of Divine Word Missions for two years. His two years in Tanzania were spent teaching in a teachers college run by the Benedictine Missions.
James is married to Joan, a former Peace Corps Volunteer, whom he met in Ghana. They are members of the Immaculate Conception Parish of Springfield. |

Richard Lane of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is in Full Time Ministry as a Catholic Evangelist and Co-Founder of Qorban Ministries
Richard is a Deacon in Formation for the Class of 2012 for the Archdiocese. He is also a Knight of St. Peter Claver and served on his parish council. Richard is the producer and co-host of Evangelizing St. Louis and travels the Country sharing our rich Catholic Faith.
He is married, has one daughter, and is a member of St. Alphonsus Liguori “Rock” parish in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Diane Matous is currently the Director of Hispanic Ministry for the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph.
Diane gratuded Magna Cum Laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Secondary Education. She worked as a volunteer lay missionary in Coahuila, Mexico from 2001 - 2003, assisting the parochial vicar in forming a youth missionary group and promoting natural family planning.

Martin Meyers is a lawyer in The Meyers Law Firm, LC. He has a Juris Doctor and has been practicing law for twenty-four years.
Martin currently serves as the Religious Emblems chairman of the Catholic committee on Scouting for the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. He is also a member of the Board of Regents of Conception Seminary College in Conception, Missouri. Martin is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He has testified on a number of occasions before various committees of the Missouri General Assembly.

Deby Sansone Schlapprizzi, from the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is currently the business manager for the Donald L. Schlapprizzi, P.C. law firm. Previously she worked at the Sansone Group as Director of the Federally Subsidized Housing Division.
Deby hosts a thirty minute chastity program “The Splendor of You” on Catholic radio, and is a board member of Friends of Immigrants & Refugees in St. Louis. She is the recipient of the Vitae Caring Award, Cardinal John O’Connor Pro-Life Award and the Missouri Catholic Conference Citizen Recognition Award.
Deby is married, had five children, and is a member of Church of the Annunziata in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Timothy Wichmer of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is an attorney at the law firm of Bernhardt & Wichmer, PC.
Tim graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1993 and was the recipient of the Judge Gustavus N. Finkelnberg Scholar in Law. His law practice is exclusively focused on immigration and nationality law. He is a past chairman of the American Immigration Lawyers Association – Missouri/Kansas Chapter and past chairman of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Immigration Law Committee.
Tim is married and is a member of St. Francis De Sales Oratory parish in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Al Winkelmann is the Associate Superintendent for Elementary Education for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Al has over thirty years experience in Catholic elementary education working with schools in the urban, suburban and rural areas of the Archdiocese.
Al has served on parish council, school finance and philosophy committees and strategic planning committees in the Archdiocese. He is currently serving on the Clergy Endowment Board. In addition, Al has served on the Cable Commission of St. Louis County for the past 15 years.
Al is married and has three daughters. He is a parishioner at St. Matthias the Apostle Catholic Church. |

Leon Witt is currently the Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau and he has a master degree in School Administration.
Leon has previously worked as a teacher and principal before his appointment as Superintendent of Schools in 1975. He serves as co-chairperson on the Safe Enviroment committee and is vice president of the Missouri Council for American Private Education board.
He is married and is a member of St. Joseph Parish in Springfield.
