Support: Legislation offers a means for smaller employers to enter into larger insurance pools thereby making health insurance more affordable and encouraging more small employers to offer health insurance to their employees. Support: With the consent and approval of the parents, it is morally licit to provide HPV immunizations to school children as a matter of public health and safety. We oppose any mandate that would require that children receive the HPV immunization. 01/18/08
