Each year the Missouri Catholic Conference (MCC) recognizes a Catholic citizen from each diocese who has exemplified good citizenship in promoting Catholic values in the public policy arena and in their local communities and parishes. The MCC Citizen Recognition Award is presented at the Annual Assembly in the Missouri State Capitol. This year’s Annual Assembly is Saturday, Oct. 6.
