Payday Lending Reformers Not Giving Up

Backers of an initiative to stop abuses in the payday lending industry might have failed to get their proposal on the ballot for the November 2012 election, but they are vowing to try again.     I am interested in helping to get signatures on a payday lending initiative to cap interest rates allowed in state of Mo. Do you know if there is a group actively working on this at this time? I know there was a group in 2012.
