Take A Video Tour of Chicago’s Lurie Garden

Tucked into the heart of downtown Chicago is a botanical wonderland designed by world-renowned landscaper Piet Oudolf. What does a Dutchman know about Midwest gardening? More than you might suppose. Oudolf studied patches of tall grass prairie that survived Midwest agricultural development. The Lurie garden includes grasses and wildflowers native to states like Missouri.

This handy little book includes a picture glossary of plants used in the Lurie Garden with explanations of their growing needs and aesthetic values.
