More than 550 people attended the Missouri Catholic Conference’s Annual Assembly on Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Missouri Capitol Building in Jefferson City.

There were 15 workshops held, featuring 18 presenters. Topics discussed ranged from outgoing Public Policy Committee chair, Jude Huntz’s discussion on “America’s Contribution to the Second Vatican Council: The Declaration on Religious Freedom,” to a talk on the Jerusalem Farm run by Jordan and Jesse Schiele. Missouri Tobacco Tax, immigration, and a workshop on end of life issues, also took place. In the coming days look for supplemental materials from these workshops to be published to this web site.
