Archbishop Carlson Calls St. Louis Faith Leaders to Prayer for Peace

Archbishop Carlson issued an invitation to other faith leaders to a prayer service for peace on Tuesday afternoon at Kiener Plaza in downtown St. Louis, after the acquittal of a St. Louis Police officer on charges of first-degree murder. The event was attended by 500 and was followed by a peaceful march of around 300 down Market Street. Archbishop called for peace and justice, reminding the attendees that we are not a divided humanity, but one human family.
