Catholic School Guidance Available on New Federal Education Program

The upcoming school year will see the implementation of important provisions of the new federal education law, know as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Under this federal law, educational services are made available to at-risk students. The right to equitable services for private-school children remains a hallmark of this law, which succeeds the Title I services offered through the former No Child Left Behind Act.
