Look for Supermoon Sunday and Monday

If you look skyward on Sunday and Monday night (if it’s not too cloudy) you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of a natural phenomenon known as a “supermoon.” The moon will appear bigger, brighter and closer than it has been in decades. In fact, according to this Kansas City Star article, the last time a supermoon like this occurred, Harry S. Truman was the president. The next time it will occur will be nearly 20 years from now in 2034. Make sure you take a peek outside on the 13th and 14th to see if you can catch a glimpse of history in the sky.
