Tim Belz, a St. Louis attorney specializing in First Amendment cases, will speak at the MCC’s Annual Assembly about the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision redefining marriage, and its implications for religious liberty.
Belz formerly worked as a prosecutor in the Anti-Trust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He has significant trial experience, and has successfully represented individuals and businesses in recent legal challenges to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services contraceptive mandate.
